Do you provide delivery and setup services?
Yes! Delivery, full setup, takedown, and on-site staff support are all included. We arrive approximately 1 hour before your scheduled start time to get everything set up and ready to go. After your event, we’ll handle takedown, which also takes about 1 hour.
What space requirements are needed to set up a golf simulator?
Our mobile golf simulator requires a flat, level surface such as grass, concrete, pavement, or indoor flooring.
Dimensions of the simulator setup:📏 14 ft wide x 19 ft long x 12 ft high
For optimal performance and safety, we also recommend allowing an additional 2–3 feet of clearance around the simulator — especially in front and behind for swinging space and ventilation.
Power: A standard electrical outlet is required within reach of the setup area.

Will a team member stay for event?
Yes! 1-2 Rollin' Birdies team members will be on-site for the duration of your event. We’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly — from setup and tech support to helping guests get the hang of the simulator.
Our staff will handle:
Setup and takedown
Operating the simulator
Assisting guests with gameplay
Answering any questions throughout your event
You can relax and enjoy — we’ve got everything covered!
Is the simulator suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our golf simulator is perfect for all skill levels — from first-timers to seasoned golfers.
If you’re new to the game, no problem! Our on-site team member will be there to help you get started, explain how everything works, and cheer you on. The simulator is user-friendly, and you'll be swinging in no time.

Do I need to provide any equipment?
Nope — we bring everything you need:
High-quality golf clubs for both adults and kids
Golf balls (specifically designed for use in our simulator)
All technology and accessories needed to run the simulator
Of course, if you’d prefer to use your own clubs, you’re more than welcome to bring them!
All you need to provide is the space, access to power, and the guests — we’ll handle the rest.
How much does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
We offer four flexible packages based on group size, event type, and gameplay goals. All rentals include delivery, full setup and takedown, and on-site staff to keep things running smoothly—with a 2-hour or 3-hour minimum for all bookings.

What happens if I experience technical issues during my rental?
No need to worry — a Rollin' Birdies team member is on-site during your entire rental to handle everything, including any technical hiccups.
If something comes up, we’ll troubleshoot it right away so your event stays on track and guests can keep swinging. Our team is trained to quickly resolve common issues and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Where is Rollin' Birdies Golf Simulators Located?
We are located in Greenville, SC. We provide mobile golf simulator experiences in Greenville and surrounding areas. Inquire about your event location and we will do our best to accommodate! If you are more than 25 miles away, we may need to add on a transportation fee but it will be minimal.
